Shipping policy

· Order Timing: Please place your order by 5:00 PM to ensure your flowers are ready for next-day delivery. For same-day delivery, kindly call our shop at 0482 039 648 to confirm flower availability. 

· Delivery Hours: Our drivers are delivering between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with business addresses prioritized for delivery before 5:00 PM. Due to high volumes, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times unless express delivery is selected with an additional charge.

· Special Requests: If you require delivery at a specific time, please note that an additional surcharge may apply.

· Funeral Orders: Orders for funerals must be placed at least one day in advance. An express delivery surcharge may apply if requested.

· Unsuccessful Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the flowers, our delivery driver will use their professional judgment to determine if the flowers can be safely left. We cannot be held liable for the flowers after delivery. Alcohol cannot be left unattended and will be returned to the store for re-delivery or pick-up if necessary.

· Incorrect Address or Absence: If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being present, a re-delivery fee will apply. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or offer the option of picking up the items from the store.

Seasonal Variances and Availability

All flowers and arrangements are subject to seasonal and market availability. If your chosen flowers are unavailable, we will provide a suitable substitute of equal or greater value.
