Cancellation

To cancel an order, please call the shop at 0482 039 648 before 10:00 AM on the day of delivery. Refunds can only be processed to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Returns and Store Credit

We are committed to providing the freshest and highest quality flowers, hand-selected daily. If you believe the flowers are not fresh, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them and provide photographic evidence. If your claim is approved, please return the flower to the shop, we will offer store credit. No refunds will be provided.
